Scope of Works
The existing felt waterproofing system was failing in several areas – the specification was to make good existing substrate where required and introduce a new warm roof waterproofing system consisting of 120mm insulation, raised roof edge detail and the liquid PMMA waterproofing system. The works were completed as a part of a full refurb of the school buildings.
