Scope of Works
The existing felt waterproofing was failing in many areas and required full replacement. The specification was to remove all wet insulation and felt down to the existing metal deck and replace with full warm roof system consisting of vapor control layer, insulation, carrier membrane and hybrid system of mineral felt and liquid PU polyurethane. All M&E remained in place during the works. Hardisty were appointed as the principal contractor.
