David Hardisty
CEO
Hardisty CRN was established in 1996 by David Hardisty in Birkenhead, Wirral. David remains actively involved with the business and has steadily built Hardisty CRN into one of the most respected and trusted contractors businesses in the North West building industry. The core values implemented by David remain unchanged and are all followed today as they were at incorporation.
Mike Johnson
Operations Manager
Mike is responsible for all day to day running of live projects at Hardisty. He is a City & Guilds time served joiner with a HNC in Building Studies and has over 30 years’ experience in the construction industry including 20 years of experience in project management.
Leon Glover
Purchasing Coordinator
Leon has over 12 years of experience in Hardisty CRN; making him our longest office based employee.
Leon has experience of working in all of our office departments and brings wealth of experience to the successful running of the business.
Terri-Ann Stewart
Payroll
Terri-Ann works within our financial control department taking responsibility for Payroll and general administration duties.
Andrea Oaks
Financial Controller
Andrea brings many years of experience in working in the construction industry. Andrea holds a professional/advanced AAT qualification and brings a wealth of experience to our financial department.
Kenny Wilson
Contracts Manager
Kenny is responsible for delivering projects on time and on budget, after completing his HNC building studies qualification. Kenny has gained over 30 years of experience in the construction and gas industry.
Luke Harris
Managing Director
Luke joined the business after graduating with a Business Economics degree from Leeds University. Following on from leading the Sales and Estimating team, Luke is now responsible for day to day management of business operations.
Barry Moran
Technical Manager (liquids)
Barry started working in the construction industry over 30 years ago. The early part of Barry’s career was spent applying materials on site, eventually becoming senior site supervisor. Barry now brings all his on site experience to his project manager role.
Vinny Maher
Contracts Manager
A time served Joiner, Vinny has over 37 years’ experience which includes over 20 years in Project Management. Vinny brings a wealth of experience of internal and external refurbishment in highly sensitive environment including educational, utility and court building environments.
Mike Gilligan
Business Development
Michael has been in the roofing industry for over 16 years commencing as an on-site applicator, eventually achieving the role of senior site supervisor. Michael successfully stepped into the role of health and safety manager role before being asked to join the business development team.
Simon Godwin
Sales Director
Simon leads the Sales and Estimating department for Hardisty CRN Ltd. He joined the company in 2019 with over 40 years’ experience in the manufacturing and the contracting side of the industry. Simon enjoys the challenges working in a fast paced, family orientated business.
Ken Taylor
Estimator
Ken has worked in the roofing industry for 44 years, starting his apprenticeship in 1978 as a Roof Slater and Tiler. Ken successfully completed an estimating qualification and has spent the last 15 years working in fast paced construction companies as a senior estimator.
Amy Ferguson
Finance
Amy brings great deal of experience to our company within the Finance department including Book keeping and payroll. She has over 9 years of experience in the construction industry finance making her a great addition to our team.
Mark Ray
Technical Manager (Felt)
Mark has been in the flat roofing industry since he has left school brining over 40 years of experience to the company. Prior to joining Hardisty Mark’s great knowledge of the flat roofs has lead him to having a successful subcontractor company for 25 years.
Phil Burchall
Health and Safety Manager
Phil is responsible for all aspects of Managing Health & Safety for the Hardisty CRN organisation.
Phil has 40+ years working experience within an Industrial & commercial environment. Phil has achieved NEBOSH NGC1, NCC1 & 2 training and has a wealth of Project Management, Health & Safety experience within Blue Chip Companies.
Andy Lockhart
Commercial Manager
Andy has joined Hardisty as Commercial Manager. He has BSc (Hons) in Construction Management and has over 40+ years’ experience in the construction industry with a background in Quantity Surveying.
Maja Adamczewska
Project Administrator
Maja joined the Hardisty CRN team with previous experience in business administration and a second class BSc Computer Science degree. Maja’s skillset is key to the management of documentation and technology, supporting the business’ growth.
